Media & Testimonial Consent (Optional)

• Your choice: You receive full services even if you decline media. No penalties for opting out.

• What you can allow (choose any):

  • Photo, Video, Audio (CA requires consent of all parties for audio—by opting in you give that consent), Written testimonial, or “No recording of me; dog only (no identifying info).”

• Privacy controls (choose any):

  • Use initials only; list “San Gabriel Valley” (no neighborhood); blur face; alter/omit voice; avoid home exterior/license plates/children.

• Scope:

  • If you opt in, you grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use the selected media for advertising, marketing, and education. We may edit for length/clarity without changing your meaning. Testimonials reflect individual experiences; results vary.

• Revoke/delete:

  • Email hello@ruffrollacademy.com to revoke or request deletion of raw, unpublished media. We confirm in 10 business days and complete within 45 (may extend to 90 with notice). We cease new use upon revocation and delete raw files we control; already‑published materials may remain unless required by law to remove.

• Minors:

  • We don’t film minors without a parent/legal guardian’s signature. If not signed, minors are kept out of frame.

• No compensation; no obligation:

  • You are not paid for permission; services are not conditioned on consenting to media.

• Release:

  • To the extent permitted by law, you release us from claims arising from authorized uses under this consent, excluding our willful misconduct. This does not waive non‑waivable rights.
